Pricing
Drivers pay a fixed weekly price for their fuel, so you'll always know what you're paying in advance, no matter where you refuel (surcharges apply at selected sites).
Please note: all Tesco sites (including Esso with a Tesco shop) are surcharged.

There are almost 900 HGV friendly sites on this network and you can use your Keyfuels fuel card to pay for HGV and truck wash services at participating petrol stations. Not only that, but high-speed pumps are also available at HGV stations with this fuel card.
A Keyfuels fuel card allows you to buy fuel and charge it in a settled account, completely interest-free. Drivers simply need to use our handy site locator tool to find participating stations and then refuel as normal. Then, you'll need to go into the kiosk and pay using your Keyfuels fuel card. It's as easy as that!
With this fuel card, you don't need to keep hold of your receipts as all transactions can be viewed online and you'll receive a weekly invoice, so you can keep track of exactly what's being spent. Payment will then be taken by Direct Debit the following week.
You can easily apply for the Keyfuels fuel card online today. The application form only takes a few minutes to complete and will require key information about your fleet, such as your estimated monthly fuel spend and how many vehicles you use. We'll then perform a credit check on your business and ask for 1 proof of ID and 2 proofs of address. Alternatively, you can contact the Right Fuel Card team on 0113 202 5110 and we'll help you with the application process.
Once your business has passed the credit check, we'll send out your cards to the requested address. These can be individually inscribed with the names of your drivers, so you can easily keep track of their fuel spend. Your fuel cards will be active and ready to use on arrival, and you can find the PIN for each one through our online account management system.

The Keyfuels fuel card has access to more than 3,000 multi-branded stations, including 40 filling stations located on/near motorways. This card can be used at Morrisons and Tesco as well as selected Esso, Shell, BP sites, plus many more (surcharges apply at selected sites).

The Keyfuels card can be used at Tesco petrol stations but you will be subject to surcharges at these sites (including Esso with a Tesco shop).
Sainsbury’s does not currently accept the Keyfuels fuel card. However, the Supermarket fuel card can be used at over 300 Sainsbury’s filling stations at pump price. It also includes access to over 600 Tesco and 300 Morrisons sites.

Drivers simply fill up their vehicles at one of the pre-approved fuel stations and use their fuel card as payment. With a Keyfuels card, drivers will pay a fixed weekly price for standard diesel at every station in the Keyfuels network (surcharges apply at selected sites). Each fuel card is linked directly to your customer account and has a unique card ID number. Every time a cardholder carries out a transaction, this data is logged and the purchase amount is added to your invoice.
For drivers that regularly visit Tesco, Morrisons, or Sainsbury's, the Supermarket fuel card would be ideal. You'll pay the pump price and can collect supermarket reward points every time you refuel.
