What is IDPal?

IDPal is a online system we are currently testing which verifies your documents and identity in real time.

Why does Right Fuel Card use IDPal?

Like most applications for credit, we need documentation to prove you are who you say you are and that your business is real. We know providing documents can take time, so we're trialling new ways to make the process quicker, so you can start saving sooner!

How do I use IDPal?

If you're asked to provide information through IDPal, you’ll be sent an SMS or email with a link to securely upload your documents and take a 'selfie' to confirm your identification. Once this and your credit check is complete, we'll be able to let you know the outcome of your application.

Fuel card application checks

As part of your application, we will need to carry out a credit check.  A credit check is a review of your past and current financial behaviour that considers any sources of credit recorded against your name (including but not limited to credit cards, utility bills, mobile phone contracts and mortgages).

The outcome of your fuel card application

We keen to offer the Right outcome for ever application.  Where we can, we'll provide a credit amount which reflects your estimated spend for the month. There may be times though where the Right outcome is to offer you a reduced amount or take a security deposit.  We will keep your account under review and increase credit limits when we have built up enough trading history.

Sometimes credit isn't the Right option

There are times where we cannot offer credit.  This may be because we cannot verify your ID or you may not yet have filed accounts.  Where we cannot offer credit, we will offer our prepaid fuel card, RightPay.

What you get with RightPay
