We are delighted to announce that we have received a bronze award by The Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) for taking a positive stance towards Reservists who are either existing or prospective employees.
The ERS is run by the Ministry of Defence to recognise employers that pledge their support to the armed forces community.
To honour our commitment, we are now working with the Career Transition Partnership – the Ministry of Defence’s resettlement programme for departing servicemen and women – in order to support service leavers who are looking to enter the private job market. We recognise that ex-military personnel have a set of transferable skills – from problem solving to teamwork – which can be extremely useful to help us grow our company.
