The Right Fuelcard Company named 33 in the Sunday Times List

26 February 2016
We’re incredibly proud to announce that The Right Fuelcard Company has been ranked 33rd in the Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies to work for list.
This year’s list was revealed on the 24th of February at the Sunday Times Awards ceremony in London.
We were over the moon when we found out that we also won the Discovering Potential Award for the work done through our training programme, the Bayford Foundation. The Award was presented by Priti Patel, Minister of State for Employment, who praised our company for giving individuals from all backgrounds an opportunity to access full-time employment and to develop their career.
Adam Walsh, our Business Director said: “Being included in the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies is a phenomenal achievement which is attributable to our fantastic team. We are always seeking ‘can-do’ people with positive attitudes who can grow and develop with us as we go from strength to strength.”
In addition to the inclusion in the Sunday Times list, we have also gained a 3 Star Best Companies Accreditation for exceptional levels of employee’s engagement. The ranking and accreditation are based solely on employee’s feedback provided through an independent questionnaire.
So, what makes The Right Fuelcard Company such a great workplace? Early finishes on Friday, a generous holiday allowance and fantastic incentives such as free holidays and team building events are just a few of the perks available to all our employees. However, we believe that the main reason for these outstanding achievements is the genuine interest we have in our people happiness and our commitment to “look after the people who look after the business.”
